Stress at Work has been steadily increasing in the last years,
and all research confirms that exposure to prolonged stress
can have significant effects in the psychophysical sphere of people,
lowering the quality of life
and often coming to condition the same health status,
as well as compromising social and professional skills.

Work related stress, as well as existential stress,
can never be entirely eliminated,
and this is why it’s increasingly important to have enough resources
to be able to manage it effectively and productively.

With this purpose we have built this training program,
aimed at providing tools to acquire more skills
in managing even highest levels of work pressure,
without suffering in the psychophysical sphere,
avoiding physiological damage, and gradually
becoming more and more able to keep high quality of life
and performance even in tense and challenging situations.

The programs were developed based on the long experience
of working at the highest level of sport professional situations,
where performance requirements and connections with the results
are very high, and where the challenge leads
to the ultimate expression of own potential.

In parallel these programs have been applied to the working world,
considering that work performance is often just as challenging,
especially for the pressure that the organizational relationships
can produce or for the competitiveness of the market.

The Basic Program

includes an educational session
targeted to provide in-depth knowledge of the stress phenomenon,
essential to manage it effectively,
and some Voice Guides, called BrainShots®
to train to productively handle the sources of stress,
own performance, own balance and psychophysical well-being.

The program includes the knowledge of psycho-physiological basis
of stress, of its components and the different interpretative models,
the types of stressors and major coping strategies.

Then the guided exercises from Voice Guides are primarily targeted
to improve the ability of Self-relaxation and response to stressors,
strengthen motivation and professional Self-esteem
and to provide resources for the management of Relationships.

This type of intervention on Work Related Stress has many advantages:

  • Efficacy: the Guides allow to experience in total autonomy,
    the best personal strategies for managing organizational stress
  • Time: each Guide lasts few minutes, and can be used online
    also on mobile cells at any time, so even outside working hours,
    allowing a customized management.
  • Continuity: the program gives the possibility to be used in time,
    with advanced articulated paths that gradually will be available,
    with additional possibilities for customization.
